Grover packaging is made from 85-100% recycled material (large boxes need to be more robust, so some new materials are added). It’s also FSC-certified and produced in Germany to avoid extra transport and CO2e emissions.

We highly encourage keeping your box and original packaging—it’s designed for it. This helps to save materials and will make shipping much easier for you, and the next person that rents your device!

While Grover aims to refurbish and reuse tech as much as possible, our devices are either new or in like-new condition. It’s our Great Condition Promise.

If your tech arrives damaged, with severe signs of use, or if it is not factory-reset, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.
Read moreOnce it’s time to return your device, simply print out your return label, repackage and drop off at a package shop or post office. You can also keep renting at the same price, or extend your plan for a lower rate.
