    Grover devices are made to be enjoyed to the fullest. So, feel free to glam things up with a custom case or similar (as long as no permanent marks are left behind).

  • Care instructions

    Grover completely refurbishes devices, but together we can still conserve resources! Things like a screen protector and being mindful of battery health are big helps.

Think outside the box

Packaging

  • Packaging materials

    Grover packaging is made from 85-100% recycled material (large boxes need to be more robust, so some new materials are added). It’s also FSC-certified and produced in Germany to avoid extra transport and CO2e emissions.

  • Reusing is easy

    We highly encourage keeping your box and original packaging—it’s designed for it. This helps to save materials and will make shipping much easier for you, and the next person that rents your device!

Next steps

Your order

  • Device condition

    While Grover aims to refurbish and reuse tech as much as possible, our devices are either new or in like-new condition. It’s our Great Condition Promise.

  • Damaged box or device

    If your tech arrives damaged, with severe signs of use, or if it is not factory-reset, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.

  • Return or extend

    Once it’s time to return your device, simply print out your return label, repackage and drop off at a package shop or post office. You can also keep renting at the same price, or extend your plan for a lower rate.

  • Wrong item or missing accessories

    If the device isn’t what you ordered, or is incomplete, then get in touch with our support team within 3 days of delivery.
