    Grover completely refurbishes devices, but together we can still conserve resources! Things like a screen protector and being mindful of battery health are big helps.

Think outside the box

Packaging

  • Packaging materials

    Grover packaging is made from 85-100% recycled material (large boxes need to be more robust, so some new materials are added). It’s also FSC-certified and produced in Germany to avoid extra transport and CO2e emissions.

    We highly encourage keeping your box and original packaging—it’s designed for it. This helps to save materials and will make shipping much easier for you, and the next person that rents your device!

  • Device condition

    While Grover aims to refurbish and reuse tech as much as possible, our devices are either new or in like-new condition. It’s our Great Condition Promise.

  • Damaged box or device

    If your tech arrives damaged, with severe signs of use, or if it is not factory-reset, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.

  • Return or extend

    Once it’s time to return your device, simply print out your return label, repackage and drop off at a package shop or post office. You can also keep renting at the same price, or extend your plan for a lower rate.

    If the device isn’t what you ordered, or is incomplete, then get in touch with our support team within 3 days of delivery.

Frequently asked questions

When do I pay the rent for my device?Plus Icon

Your first payment is made as soon as we’ve approved your rental request. This will usually happen 24-48 hours after you’ve placed the order.

Payments are then charged monthly starting from the day your order was delivered. Your rent is always paid monthly in advance.

Can I change my device within the minimum term?Plus Icon
No, unfortunately devices can’t be exchanged during the rental period. After your chosen minimum rental term is complete, you can return the device for free and rent something new.
What happens if my product is lost or stolen?Plus Icon
If your device is lost or stolen, please contact our support team immediately.
Do I have to worry about signs of use?Plus Icon

We want you to enjoy your tech worry-free. Normal signs of use, small scratches, and device errors from the manufacturer are fully covered.

What should I do if my product is damaged during my rental?Plus Icon

If your product is damaged during the rental period, Grover Care covers up to 90% of the repair costs.

You will not be charged for device errors or defects from the manufacturer, but these must be reported and documented immediately.

In any case of damage, contact our support team and report it within 14 days.
