Step by step

Returning your tech

1
Choose what to return

Once you’re at the end of your rental plan, head to “My tech” and generate a return label for that device.

2
Disconnect accounts

Log out of any linked accounts and remove any password control. This means we can easily inspect the device.

3
Factory reset

Restore your device to it’s original manufacturer settings and clear any data. We’ll also give it a thorough wipe.

4
Securely repackage

Put your device back into it’s original packaging, before securely sealing it into it’s shipping box.

5
Get return label

Head to “My Tech” to print a return label, or to generate a QR code for use at the shop or post office (Germany only).

6
Drop off

Take the box to a package shop or post office that matches the carriers on the shipping label. We stop your payments.

  • Drop off your device

Any parcel shop, post office, or drop-off point matching the shipping carrier on your return label works. As soon as your box is processed by the carrier, your monthly payments will be stopped.

  • Making sure it’s a match

To prevent a delay in ending your rental, double check that the device’s serial number matches the box (especially if you’re returning multiple devices).
