This is no namby pamby, middle-of-the-rood, half-in half-out job. This is a vacuum with serious power, and serious cleaning determination. The iRobot Roomba S9 is armed with 40 times the section power of previous iRobot vacuums, and has a 3-stage cleaning system. Wondering what that is? It’s good, we’ll tell you that. First, it lifts tough crumbs or stains, then loosens them, and then, finally, sucks them right up like they were never there. And it doesn’t end there, either. Got some lush shagpile carpet at your place that’s impossible to clean? Not any more. The iRobot Roomba S9 automatically adjusts its suction power to the surface it’s vacuuming – if it finds itself on a plush rug then it cranks it right up.

Substantially less clumsy than you, probably

We’ve all got fears about having pricey gadgets around the house – will it fall over, will it vacuum itself down the stairs. You needn’t have those worries with this one. The Roomba S9 comes with vSLAM navigation technology. That means it learns how your home is laid out and knows how to avoid perilous spots. But it also means it cleans much better than you can. Once it’s figured out the layout of your home it plans maps and routes through it, cleaning your home as efficiently as possible. Its mapping technology packs some serious numbers, too – it can capture over 230,400 data points per second.

Clean without leaving the couch

The best thing about the Roomba is you don’t even have to get up and make it go. The model can be paired with any voice activation device, so you can just swear gently to yourself as you spill crumbs all over the floor and then tell it to clean up after you. It won’t even complain.

Don’t stress about the family heirlooms

Always had nightmares about your iRobot knocking that priceless Ming vase over and it smashing into a million pieces? Well, iRobot have designed Keep Out Zones just for that eventuality. You can tell the hoover where to and not to clean, drawing clear boundaries around valuable objects or special rooms that it will never cross.

How does the minimum rental period work?

You can rent for 1, 3, 6, 12, or 18+ months.

When your rental period is over, you can return your device for free, or keep renting for the same price every month. You can also switch to a longer rental period anytime.

What if I damage a device or cause signs of use?

We want you to enjoy our products as though they were yours. Small scratches and normal signs of use will be cleaned after return for free. There are no charges for device errors from the manufacturer.

In case of severe damage, Grover Care covers up to 90% of damages for all rental categories. Add Grover Care to your rental for better protection.

How can I return the device?

You can return your device for free when your minimum rental period ends.

You just need to reset the device and remove any data. This way, we can rent the device safely to the next person. Then print out the shipping label, return the device, and your monthly payments will be stopped.

You can drop the device off at any post office or drop-off point of the shipping provider shown on the return label. Learn more about returns.

Will there be a credit check?

When you place an order, our algorithm checks your data to make sure you're a real person. We also complete a quick automatic credit check. This type of credit check is recorded on your credit report but doesn't have an impact on your credit rating.

If your order is declined, you can request a human review of this automated decision.

Is there a cancellation policy?

If you change your mind and your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel it in your account.

If the order has been processed, we can’t stop it from being shipped. But you can contact our support team and they’ll tell you how to proceed.

If your order has already been delivered, you can contact our support team and revoke your order for free within 14 days after delivery. Any delivery fee is not refunded. Learn more about our cancellation policy.

If you rent with Grover Business, there's no 14 days revocation period. But you can contact our business support and ask for a device exchange.

Are there any voucher conditions?

If you're a new Grover customer using our welcome voucher (NEU100 in Germany, START100 in Austria, AHORRA100 in Spain, and BEGIN100 in The Netherlands), then your monthly rent can have a maximum value of €100/month for all devices. All devices will also need to have a subscription period of 3 months or longer.
