A Bluetooth speaker with big dynamic sound

Finished in a silky black coating, the Bowers & Wilkins Formation Flex is a cylindrical plug-in speaker that’s just 21cm tall. As it’s small enough to fit comfortably on a shelf or unit, it's ideal for playing tunes in your bedroom or kitchen. Despite the diminutive size, this Formation Flex boasts a mighty 50-28,000 Hz audio range supported by two 50W digital amps.

Touch controls and concealed ports

To maintain a smooth aesthetic, touch-sensitive play, pause and volume controls are located on top of the speaker. Bowers & Wilkins have also concealed a power cable port, an Ethernet connection and a USB port on the base.

Seamless streaming over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi

The Bowers & Wilkins Formation Flex will link with your smart gadget over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Airplay 2. It also hooks up effortlessly with Spotify Connect if you’re using that service.

Crystal clear sound and easy pairing with other Flex speakers

Switch on the Flex to enjoy room-filling mono sound that remains crisp, even at higher volumes. If you’re after a stereo experience, partner it with another Flex speaker.

How do you connect the Bowers & Wilkins Formation Flex?

To pair the Flex with other speakers, press the reset button for five seconds and it will enter setup mode. Next, open the Bowers & Wilkins Home app on your phone and you will be guided through the process.

Are Grover devices brand new?

Grover devices are either brand new or fully refurbished to be as good as new. All refurbished tech is wiped of all data, cleaned, repaired, and rented out again for more people to enjoy. What if I damage a device or cause signs of use?

We want you to enjoy our products as though they were yours. Small scratches and normal signs of use will be cleaned after return for free. There are no charges for device errors from the manufacturer.

In case of severe damage, Grover Care covers up to 90% of damages for all rental categories. Add Grover Care to your rental for better protection.

How can I return the device?

You can return your device for free when your minimum rental period ends.

You just need to reset the device and remove any data. This way, we can rent the device safely to the next person. Then print out the shipping label, return the device, and your monthly payments will be stopped.

You can drop the device off at any post office or drop-off point of the shipping provider shown on the return label. Learn more about returns.

Will there be a credit check?

When you place an order, our algorithm checks your data to make sure you're a real person. We also complete a quick automatic credit check. This type of credit check is recorded on your credit report but doesn't have an impact on your credit rating.

If your order is declined, you can request a human review of this automated decision.

Is there a cancellation policy?

If you change your mind and your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel it in your account.

If the order has been processed, we can’t stop it from being shipped. But you can contact our support team and they’ll tell you how to proceed.

If your order has already been delivered, you can contact our support team and revoke your order for free within 14 days after delivery. Any delivery fee is not refunded. Learn more about our cancellation policy.

If you rent with Grover Business, there's no 14 days revocation period. But you can contact our business support and ask for a device exchange.
