Any parcel shop, post office, or drop-off point matching the shipping carrier on your return label works. As soon as your box is processed by the carrier, your monthly payments will be stopped.
Making sure it’s a match
To prevent a delay in ending your rental, double check that the device’s serial number matches the box (especially if you’re returning multiple devices).
Disconnect accounts and factory reset
Be sure to reset all devices to factory settings and remove any personal data, including linked accounts, before sending them back. Otherwise, we can’t process your return.
Returns made with a Grover return label are free. Create yours under My tech.
To avoid paying for another month’s rent, drop off the device at the packet shop or post office at least 1 day before your next payment is due.
You can track the progress of returns within My Tech.
Your return label is valid for 30 days after being generated. If you accidentally generate multiple labels, make sure that you use the most recent one.
If you have generated a return label but haven’t dropped off your device, there’s no need to do anything and you can simply continue using your tech. If you’ve already taken it to the packet shop or post office, then you’ll need to start a new rental.
No, you’ll need to complete your minimum term before returning your tech.
