These special terms and conditions for the product Grover Care ("BGB Grover Care") apply to every order you place with Grover Care from 17.02.2020 onwards.
These special terms and conditions ("BGB Grover Care") apply to all agreements, which are concluded regarding services provided at www.grover.com (hereafter "website") which include the Grover Care product.
Notwithstanding Clause 11 and following of Grover's General Terms and Conditions ("GTC"), the customer's deductible in the following cases of damage shall be reduced to 10% of the damage incurred:
heavy wear and tear
If one of the aforementioned cases of damage occurs, the customer is obliged to inform the supplier immediately in writing of all details of the event which led to the damage to the object and to return the goods to Grover on request.
The above reduction of the deductible is only possible once for the customer within a contract period of 6 months. The above reduction of the excess does not apply to the rental of drones.
The following claims are not included in the above reduction of the customer's deductible:
Cases in which the device is no longer present: robbery, burglary, simple theft, abandonment, forgetting, loss, etc.
The customer's responsibility pursuant to Clause 11 of Grover's General Terms and Conditions shall remain with the customer for the aforementioned cases of damage as well as in the event of non-fulfillment of the requirements for the reduced deductible.
The provider is entitled at any time to make changes to the BGB Grover Care in accordance with the provisions in Section 22 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Should individual provisions of the BGB be invalid for the Grover Care product, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
In all other respects, Grover's General Terms and Conditions shall apply.
