hereafter referred to as „Grover“ or „organizer“.
Persons entitled to participate
Any person who is aged 18 years or above and is a resident of Germany may participate. Grover employees and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation in the lottery
A prerequisite for participation in the lottery is full participation in the online survey and acceptance of the terms and conditions for the lottery. This can be submitted by clicking on “Enter lottery” at the beginning of the survey.
The ten winners will be randomly selected by a computer from the pool of all survey participants consenting to participate in said raffle by clicking on the “Enter lottery” button at the beginning of the survey.
Participation is possible until September 15th 2020, by participating in the online survey. The winners will be notified by email no later than September 30th 2020. Each participant is only eligible to win one of the ten raffled Grover vouchers. The prize will be sent in the form of a voucher code to the winner via email.
The prize consists of ten Grover vouchers, each worth 50€. The voucher can only be redeemed at grover.com and its partners and affiliates, either online or in store. More information on Grover’s partner can be found here.
Each participant can win one voucher. The voucher code is non-transferable and is only valid once until December 31st 2020. The voucher will be deducted from the first month’s rent. It cannot be combined with other Grover vouchers or promotions.
A cash payment of the prize value or an exchange of the prize is not possible. Winners have the right to reject the voucher prize or not claim it. A cash payment is not possible if the prize is not claimed.
Premature termination, disqualification/exclusion
Grover reserves the right to terminate or prematurely end the lottery at any time without prior notice if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for legal or technical reasons. In this case, participants have no legal claims against Grover.
Grover also reserves the right to exclude participants from the lottery in the event of violation of the terms and conditions.
Grover furthermore reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation in the lottery as well as extend or limit the time frame or to vary the content of the prizes, provided that there are factual reasons provided and the change is appropriate. Grover commits to announcing any changes or updates to the lottery within proper time.
Guarantee and liability
Grover is not liable for the availability and accessibility of the lottery. Grover is fully liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for damages caused by deliberate or grossly negligent acts and /or omissions of Grover and its vicarious agents. The same applies to personal injury or damage under the Product Liability Act.
Incidentally, Grover’s liability for damage claims is limited in accordance with the following provisions:
Grover is only liable for damage caused by negligence insofar as it is based on the violation of essential contractual obligations. Cardinal obligations are those contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible and on the observance of which the client could trust. To the extent that Grover is liable, Grover’s liability is limited to foreseeable damage.
Grover is also not liable for damage caused by disruption to their business (e.g. a bomb threat), in particular aggravated violence, riot, war, natural disasters or other events out of their control and thereby not responsible for (e.g. strike, lockout, traffic disruption etc) in Germany or abroad.
The data collected from participants is processed electronically for the purpose of the lottery.
The user can, of course, revoke their consent to the use of their email address at any time for the aforementioned purposes. This can be done by email to [email protected] or via post to Grover Group GmbH, Holzmarktstraße 11, 10179 Berlin.
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. By clicking on “Enter lottery”, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
