Lauren Hoehlein Joseph joins Grover as VP People

Berlin, 08.04.2020 – Berlin-based tech subscription company Grover appoints Lauren Hoehlein Joseph as its first VP People. As VP People, Hoehlein Joseph becomes part of Grover’s leadership team and will report directly to CEO & Founder, Michael Cassau.



Hoehlein Joseph starts her new role in April and is responsible for delivering Grover’s people strategy and for scaling and developing organizational design and impact. In this position, she plays a key role in furthering company growth as the team expands and Grover scales its business. Grover’s team currently consists of more than 100 people and the company’s active subscription numbers are growing at an average monthly rate of 10%.



Hoehlein Joseph has more than 10 years of experience in people and organizational strategy, business development, and management consulting at a diverse set of companies including global consulting firm Bain & Company and innovative product discovery platform The Grommet. She most recently served as Chief of Staff at the co-living provider Quarters.

Hoehlein Joseph has a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from Dartmouth College. She earned an MA in History from the Boston College Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.
